Membership Options
Thank you for your interest in joining LISA.
Please complete the membership application on the following pages. You will be asked to provide this information:
- Your company information and general company contact information. If you are interested in appearing in LISA's public directory, please use the email address and phone number for general inquiries to your company.
- The primary point of contact for your company, and contact information for the individual.
- Your membership type (Charter or Voting).
- Your preferred billing cycle (Annual or Quarterly)
- If you are a Life Settlement Broker or Provider, please identify the states in which you are licensed.
To submit your application, you will pay a $500 membership application fee. The LISA Membership Department will contact you when the application is received, and advise when the Board of Directors has approved the application.
