This is a user-defined text area that can be used to welcome members into the Membership Portal.  

This text can be changed in the admin menu area by selecting:  SETUP>GETTING STARTED>MEMBER MANAGER HEADING/USER DEFINED TEXT> MEMBERSHIP PORTAL - Members Only Pages.
