What We Do

Kevin Malone, owner of Longevity Services Incorporated (LSI) purchased the Life Expectancy Business unit of Examination Management Services Incorporated. EMSI began Life Settlement Underwriting in 2002 and continued until the sale of the business unit to LSI on September 1, 2015. The transaction included all of EMSI’s policies, procedures, underwriting manuals, proprietary calculator, LEFS Operating System as well as all Life expectancy related data. LSI is headquartered in Spokane, WA with satellite offices in Georgia, Pennsylvania and Texas. Our mantra is to “deliver quality underwriting consistently” as well to maintain a consistent turnaround time of 3-5 business days. We have industry recognized, experienced senior underwriters who have collective underwriting experience of 19+ years. Dr. Monideepa Chetia is a qualified MD who joined LSI as the Director of Underwriting in June, 2016 and Ken Scott, Senior Underwriter formerly with AVS, joined LSI in March, 2017.
