What We Do

The European Life Settlement Association (ELSA) was founded in 2009 to set standards for the European life settlement industry. ELSA represents institutional investors, service providers and intermediaries from Europe and around the world that are looking to promote transparency by providing accurate, authoritative information to investors, regulators and the media. ELSA members must comply with the association’s Code of Practice which is a comprehensive framework that ensures the highest professional and ethical standards within the industry and protection of the interests of investors in the asset class.
