Am I an Institutional Investor?
There will be a limited number of complimentary
Institutional Investors registrations for this
conference. One complimentary Institutional Investor
per organization. To be considered a qualified
institutional investor you must be an executive of a
pension, endowment and/or foundation sponsor, or be
a principal, partner, director, or an executive of a
registered investment advisory firm responsible for
management of a pension, endowment and/or foundation
with assets in excess of $50 million. You may also
qualify if you are an executive with an investment
consultant firm of a qualified institutional
investor . To qualify for the Institutional Investor
complimentary rate all applications must be sent for
review prior to the day of the event.

3. How
can I make Hotel Reservations?
Please refer to our LOCATION & TRAVEL
tab which will have a listing of nearby hotels
around our venue. You can contact them
directly or use their website to reserve your room.
We highly suggest that you reserve your room as soon
as possible to guarantee availability and the lowest
rate.
4. What
are my Payment Options?
There are several different payment options to
update your account. You can log on to your account by
using the registered email address and confirmation
number to make an online credit card payment with Visa,
MasterCard or American Express.

5. Can I
modify my Registration?
Yes! Registration changes can be made at
anytime and most changes you can make on your own.
Simply log onto
your account by
clicking on register now at the top left side of
this screen. Fill out the information just as you
did when registering for the first time. The system
will tell you that you are already registered and
provide you with a link to modify your registration.
Once clicking on the modify link, you will be
prompted for your confirmation number. After
providing this information, you will be able to
update your registration as you choose.

6. I need to cancel my Registration, what are my
options?
We are sad to see you go, but at this
time we can only offer one option. You can
substitute your registration at no extra cost to an
alternate attendee by simply contacting LISA Events.
Due to the time
constraints for this highly anticipated conference,
there will be NO cancellations/refunds once
registered for the event. Please refer to the
Cancellation & Payment Policy tab
above.
7. Can I
Register at the door?
For your convenience we do offer on-site
registration as an option. However, please note that
the maximum registration rates are applied at the
door.
8. What
will the Agenda entail?
We are working hard on our Agenda for
this event and are excited to share all up to date
information with you as it becomes available. For
the latest and hottest topics and information that
will be covered at the Institutional Investor Conference
please refer to the
Agenda tab.
9. Can my Spouse
attend?
At this time, we are not offering any
passes for a spouse to attend. Please contact the

10. My company is not a Member of LISA, however our
Partner company is. Do I qualify for the Discounted
Rate?
Only companies that appear on the
LISA website as
Members may register as Members. Parent, Sister,
Partner and Subsidiary companies do not qualify for
the Member registration rates.

11. What is included in my
registration?
You're registration includes access
to our educational general sessions and all of our
networking events which includes breaks, lunch, and
cocktail reception.
12. I am currently applying for Membership; can I
take advantage of the Member rate?
If your company applies for LISA membership
within thirty (30) days before or after the
conference and membership is granted, you will
receive a credit equal to the difference between the
non-member conference fee paid and the corresponding
member fee towards future membership dues. Please
note the following pre-conditions:

Application must be post-marked within the thirty
(30) day period before or after the conference.

The application must be complete, including
payment of the non-refundable $500 application fee,
and presented to the Board of Directors within
ninety (90) days of post-marked date.

The credit will be distributed
via the quarterly dues that are due on the first
day of the quarter.
