5 People Win Free Passes to a LISA Forum
We want to congratulate the following people who have won free passes to a LISA Forum for filling out our 2008 Member Survey (for survey results, see below):
Every year, LISA runs a Member Survey to find out what we do well and where we could improve. Here’s what we found out this year: What does LISA do well?Overwhelmingly, the answer was that LISA Forums are logistically the best events in the industry and that we do a good job of communicating with members. People also felt that our publications and business data are quite good. We also received compliments on our new web site. What could LISA do better? There were a number of complaints that we are currently focusing too much on China, at the expense of other regions. It seems, in particular, that the Japanese may be feeling neglected. We could also do a better job of increasing the number of new topics at LISA Forums. There were also requests for more business data/statistics on site to better support business cases and more webinars/online activities. |
