Suzanne Hamlin, Manager of Translation and Localization Services (TLS) at Cisco, started with the company five years ago and has built her matrix team of five members from scratch. We spoke with her earlier this year about her challenges at Cisco, the progress she has made and where the localization industry is going. She provided a candid view of what it’s like to guide one of the fastest moving high-tech companies in the world as it’s trying to learn how to go global.
