How to Weave a Holistic Business Case in 6 Easy Steps

How can you persuade decisionmakers to concentrate on the "elegant swan," i.e., the profits to be had from lucrative international markets, rather than on the "ugly duckling," i.e., the investment required to generate these profits? 1 That's the trick to building and presenting a successful business case for entering a new market or for localizing into additional languages.
