With the advent of the Internet and digital communications, the rate at which companies accumulate customer data has been increasing at an exponential rate. Taking advantage of this data through data warehousing or data cleansing is critical to helping businesses survive in today's tough economy. However, this task is becoming increasingly difficult due to the international face of customers today.
