Announcing version 2 of OLIF for Lexical and Terminological Data Exchange

The OLIF2 Consortium (www.olif.net) has announced the release of version 2 of the Open Lexicon Interchange Format (OLIF v.2), an XML-compliant vehicle for exchanging lexical and/or terminological data for six European languages, English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Danish. In addition to accommodating basic requirements for the exchange of lexical and terminological data, OLIF v.2 provides extensive support for NLP applications such as machine translation. ![]() The remainder of this article is available only to LISA members and Newsletter subscribers.
