Israel has become a hi-tech haven. Its military spending, influx of talened people, and its laready diverse culture mixed with an injection of venture capital has created an excellent IT industry. The localization industry is a natural due to the location of the country in a linguistically diverse are of the world. And if you look behind the headlines, Israel’s economy grew at 5.9%—more than most other industrialized countries.
