Topics
We invite proposals on all aspects of global business and localization. We are especially interested in success stories in the following areas:
- Local design for Asian markets. How are international companies going beyond simple adaptation to meet local Asian demand?
- Internationalizing operations. How do organizations make international concerns into core competencies? What benefits do companies find and how do they articulate them to key stakeholders?
- Mobile and gaming. We are looking for presentations on localization for mobile environments and the gaming/entertainment sector.
- Integrating development and globalization. How can companies move globalization upstream and what are the benefits of doing so?
- The ROI of China. What advantages does China (and Suzhou in particular) offer to foreign companies, both as a local market and as a location for outsourcing globalization and development services?
- Best practice for technology and business processes. How are organizations implementing new technologies and processes effectively?
- The role of standards in the globalization business. How do standards enable globalization and facilitate processes?
